Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed as soon as possible. In no case more than 3 days from date of order. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We cannot assume responsibility for incorrect addresses.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We use the USPS wherever possible. Rates are calculated via the USPS 2 day flat rate, “If it fits, It ships” policy. We also use the USPS for orders placed internationally.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
We will provide shipping confirmation and tracking information upon request.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Schools for Chiapas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Schools for Chiapas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Schools for Chiapas does offer International shipping. Primarily, the products featured in our store are purchased from Zaptista Collectives in Chiapas and shipped from the US. We apologize, but we cannot ship any agricultural products, either coffee or corn outside of the U.S. Your purchase directly supports the individual, families and/or collectives who produce the products we sell on this site. Unfortunately, experience suggests that there are many things that can go wrong with an International shipment. We offer this service as a courtesy. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your package once it leaves the US.
