Join us and Europa Zapatista in the second phase of fundraising for the operating room (ahem, hospital) in the Selva Lacandona! See video of the progress already made on the construction here! We are excited to join in this international effort to build a fully-equipped operating room in Zapatista territory. Zapatista health promoters dedicate themselves to the service of their communities in every important aspect of preventive medicine and community health, and this fully functional operating room is yet another step in autonomy.
