*126 million 958 thousand 603 pesos have been allocated monthly to security issues.
The People’s Security Secretariat(SSP) reported that, during the sixth month of the current state administration, 761 million 751 thousand 620 pesos have been invested in a new security strategy.
Among the main investment items, three key acquisitions stand out: a UH-60A Black Hawk helicopter to strengthen aerial surveillance work; six drones for frontal combat against organized crime; and 20 light tactical vehicles (VTL), designed to facilitate entry into hostile areas. In addition, the Annual Training Program (PAC) was incorporated, focused on the tactical, operational and professional strengthening of the entire State Police.

Actions
The SSP highlighted three fundamental objectives since the beginning of the six-year term:
Creation of the Pakal Immediate Reaction Force Directorate (FRIP), with an annual investment of 113 million 909 thousand 053.92 pesos, which resulted in an operational force of 711 elements coming from various special forces in the country.
Establishment of the Deputy Secretariat of Intelligence and Police Investigation, accompanied by training processes for its personnel, with the objective of strengthening the analytical and investigative capabilities within the institution.
Increased salaries for all SSP personnel: 40% for operational personnel and 20% for administrative personnel, with an annual investment of 379 million 606 thousand 966.70 pesos. The current administration emphasized that no previous government had ever achieved a salary incentive of this magnitude for its security corps.

Black Hawk
The head of the SSP, Óscar Alberto Aparicio Avendaño, explained that the UH-60A helicopter will have official security license plates, will be armed and will be used for strategic operations.
The aircraft will be armored, with a flight duration of up to three hours and the capacity to transport twelve armed elements, two pilots, a maintenance technician and gunners. It will also include a surveillance camera with night recording capability.
Aparicio Avendaño indicated that the state already has four pilots certified to operate the Black Hawk, and that the supplier company provided specialized training to the operating personnel. He also emphasized that the members of the corporation have an average of more than ten years of experience and have, at least some training in space operations.
