A group of migrants from Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Jordan, and Venezuela vanished on September 5th, 2024, off the Mexican coast. Their families have received a report that they were kidnapped. Three months later, at the same location, another 40 migrants went missing. Mexican authorities have not yet begun searching for them.
